Cancellation Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at www.impulsesolutions.in operated by Impulse Solutions.


Order Cancellation

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:


If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.


If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.


Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.


Subscription Products

Subscription product purchases are non-refundable. The subscription you purchased is yours for the length of the subscription, even if you decide to cancel it.


License Products

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, license items or software or scripts are not eligible for a refund.


Digital Products

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 3 calendar days of your purchase.


After the 3-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.


Physical Products

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.


After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.


If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
